Please join our many friends who each year remember loved ones by participating in our Tree of Life Commemoration. Phelps Tree of Life honors all those we served in, and all those dear to, our Phelps Community. By purchasing a leaf in honor or in memory of a friend or loved one, you will contribute to our efforts to care for patients at all stages of their lives at Phelps Hospital with compassion and dignity.

If you choose to remember or honor a friend or loved one by name, a leaf honoring them will be added to our Tree of Life. Names will be included in the virtual program for contributions received by December 7, 2020.
